Welcome!

My website is best viewed in Chrome.

Please feel free to browse my website where you will discover all things musical with which I am involved. Please use the tabs on the left and above to view information about me. The 'News and Concerts' tab contains information about my forthcoming events including solo concerts, work for various theatre companies and other musical engagements. I am Musical Director for Willenhall Musical Theatre Company and the official accompanist for The Band of the Royal Corps of Signals.

On 15 July 2016, I was appointed to a position in the Music Department at the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford-upon-Avon to play Percussion and Acoustic Guitar, as well as acting as Musical Director on some performances for The Rover. This was an incredible experience.

On 29 June 2016 I achieved a Bachelor of Music with Honours (First Class) from the Birmingham Conservatoire.

In my time at the Conservatoire I made many new musical friends and participated in the Percussion Ensemble, the Brass Band, the Choir and the Conservatoire Symphony Orchestra, as well as being invited to play in the orchestra for operas as well as performing in the Composer's Orchestra and Repertoire Orchestra. I also was fortunate to perform in the very last public concert in the Adrian Boult Hall before its demolition. I wish to thank all of my friends and teachers at the Conservatoire for a memorable four years.

I have performed solo concerts since 2004 and I am involved in local theatre as Accompanist or working in the orchestra pit, playing either keyboard, percussion or lead guitar. There is a full list of all the musical productions with which I have been involved in the Musical Theatre and Events tab. I play the Church organ for weddings and baptisms and as a former member of the Wolverhampton Youth Orchestra playing percussion and violin, I have toured Slovenia, Northern Italy, Malta and Spain. I am also Assistant Accompanist for the Gentlemen Songsters Male Voice Choir. In the last two years I have also been Musical Director for productions at the Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama in Nottingham.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported me with my musical life to date and attended my concerts and encouraged me along the way. In particular these are Debra Jones (piano), Lesley and David Woodyer (piano, violin, orchestra and music theatre), Keith Sedgebeer (orchestra), Michelle Perry (violin), Catriona Roberts (piano), Geoff Ockendon (guitars), Noel Lee and Reverend Jean Spragg (church organ), Julian Powell (percussion), Michael Cotton and Karl Babarczi (Music Theatre and orchestra pit work) and all of my friends in the Gentlemen Songsters Male Voice Choir. I have to make a special mention of Alexandra Jayne for her support and our concerts and gigs together and of my friends in the Grand Central Function Band. I would like to thank the hundreds of friends I have made through my involvement with the various local theatre companies and the youth orchestra. Additionally, I wish to thank Tom Pankhurst and Iain Estell at King Edward VI College, Stourbridge, for the opportunities and support they provided while I was there.

Thank you for visiting my website - I welcome your comments through the 'Contact' tab and look forward to hearing from you.
